Through our signature program, the Leadership Academy, we mentor young males in the South Florida area.  The Leadership Academy’s “Young Leaders” are involved in historic tours to develop their knowledge of African-American history; they are equipped with financial practices to ensure their personal success; and they learn to embrace their leadership responsibility to serve others in their communities. Most importantly, they are matched with a member of the 100 for years of one-on-one mentoring and a lifetime of fun.  

Our mentoring program is just one component of our “4 for the Future Initiative” which directs our programming.  We also provide Economic Development, Health & Wellness and Educational programs to the “Young Leaders” and the community at-large. Since our formation in 1989, we have served thousands of families through health fairs, Thanksgiving food drives, Christmas shopping sprees, and other programs.

Our success has been the direct result of the committed volunteers and corporate partners who have invested their time and resources to impact young black males and their families as well as the local community.

I am honored to have this opportunity to lead this organization that is working to be a part of the solution.
